Ingredients

  • 2tbsp.olive oil
  • 1/2medium oniondiced
  • 2garlic clovesfinely chopped
  • 2anchovy fillets
  • 1/8tsp.red pepper flakes
  • 1cuptomato sauce
  • 1cupclam juice
  • 1/2lb.raw shrimppeeled and deveined
  • 1/2lb.fresh salmoncut into medium cubes
  • 1/2tsp.saltor to taste
  • 1tbsp.fresh oreganochopped
  • 1/2tbsp.fresh rosemarychopped
  • 1tbsp.fresh parsleychopped

Instructions

  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the onion and saut for 4-5 minutes, just until it softens and cooks through.
  • Add the garlic, anchovy fillets, and red pepper flakes to the onions and cook for 1 minute.
  • Add the tomato sauce and clam juice and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to medium-low and cook for 10 minutes.
  • Add the salmon pieces, shrimp, chopped herbs, and salt. Stir gently. Cook for about 5 minutes, or until the seafood is cooked through.
  • Garnish with fresh herbs. Serve.
