  • 6small carrots (about 11 oz)peeled and chopped
  • 1/4cuprice vinegar
  • 1/4cupwater
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh ginger
  • 2tbspmiso pastedashi style
  • 2tbsphoney
  • 2tbspvegetable or olive oil
  • 2tbspsesame oil
  • 1/2tspsalt
  • 1/2tsppepper


  • Blend all the ingredients in a high-speed food processor until smooth. That's it!
